Zagat has an interview with Lee Anne Wong, former season one contestant on Bravo's Top Chef, who currently works as the show's culinary supervisor. She shares some behind-the-scenes scoop on the show, now in its fifth season: Behind the Scenes of Top Chef. If you're a fan of the show, she divulges some pretty interesting information on how it all comes together.

This season, the chefs to watch for are Radhika, Gene and Leah. So far, I haven't been watching very carefully, but I think I'm rooting for Gene, who sort of gives off this underdog vibe. And I like that. But of course, there's my favorite reason to tune in: host Padma Lakshmi.
