oprah's "asian language gibberish" moment

Check this out. This is a video clip of Oprah Winfrey making a faux-Asian language gibberish joke on her show a few weeks back: Oprah Speaks Asian Gibberish. My friend Kathy wrote a really good blog entry on this last week.

The video quality is kind of low, but you can clearly hear Oprah's nonsense mockery. It's a lame joke for a cheap laugh. I guess multibillionaire talk show hosts are not above obnoxious, racist moments. It's just frustrating that something like this happens on national television, with millions watching, and everyone just laughs along. (Thanks, Cecilia.)
