research questionnaire on attitudes toward disabilities

I receive a lot of requests from grad students who need help getting subjects for their research. Here's another one... My Kim Nguyen is a grad student in psychology at the University of South Alabama, and needs some Asian American participants to fill out a survey on ethnic identity, acculturation, and attitudes toward disabilities.
