For those of you in New York City, the monthly Sulu Series is throwing a fundraiser this weekend for the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families (CACF). Art and community come together!
The evening will include performances from likes of Alfa, Ali Wong, Jay Legaspi, Taiyo Na, Kelly Zen-Yie Tsai and more. It's happening this Sunday, September 20 at The Bowery Poetry Club. Some details:
The Sulu Artist Network PresentsThe Coalition for Asian American Children and Families, the nation's only pan-Asian children's advocacy organization, aims to improve the health and well-being of Asian Pacific American children and families in New York City. Sounds like it's going to be a really cool night, for an excellent cause.
