This is a pretty cool event happening next week in San Francisco... Playwright Cherylene Lee, who spent the first part of her life as a child actor in 1960s, will be reading an excerpt from her upcoming memoir Just Like Really. It's next Monday, January 25 at the Center for Asian American Media building. Here are some details:

The Center of Asian American Media and the 9th Street Independent Film Center presents an evening with Cherylene Lee.
Playwright, Cherylene Lee will read an excerpt from her upcoming memoir, JUST LIKE REALLY, and discuss her life as Chinese American child performer growing up in Hollywood. Visual presentation of photographs and footage from the Las Vegas years and will accompany the reading.
