The body was found by a woman walking her dog at about 9:15 a.m., said Fairfield police Lt. Darrin Moody. The remains were located about 30 to 40 yards off Highway 121, also known as Monticello Road, south of Highway 128, about halfway between Fairfield and Lake Berryessa, authorities said.The coroner has taken custody of the remains to confirm the woman's identity and determine how she died. The body was that of a young woman with a "similar physical description to the previously reported missing person," said Moody, referring to Phuong Le, a 24-year-old Suisun City woman who has been missing since April 25, when she was last seen at a Fairfield bookstore.
