Here's an interesting Philadelphia Inquirer article on green guru Danny Seo, who began his environmental activism at age 12, and has turned his lifestyle philosophy into a Martha Stewart-esque brand: A green lifestyle is easy, he teaches - and lives it, too. He makes it sound easy:
"Being green is very doable. That's really my whole approach. It's easy, it's doable, it's something the average person can do," said Seo, 33. "You don't have to go out and spend thousands of dollars on solar panels.Th green lifestyle philosophy has translated into a rather lucrative brand for Seo, translating into everything from regular appearances on TV morning shows, to a syndicated newspaper column, to advising department stores on eco-friendly products. Contrary to popular belief, it is easy being green.
"My whole approach is to find ways to help people be green, so they realize that being green doesn't mean they have to sacrifice for a beautiful home, a healthy family, or a delicious meal."
