Once again, JCPenney is sponsoring the Back to School Breakout Performer Contest where you can vote for one talented individual and help them win a chance to perform at the 2010 International Secret Agents concert in Los Angeles or New York. So I've just spent a lot of time watching the videos of all the entries, and I'm gonna throw it down right here. I've determined that this one, "Parade" by worldismarble, is my favorite. Catchy song, cute video -- I definitely want to hear more. I would very much like to see it make the top ten. Take a look:
