Serena points me to this amusing little video posted on her blog: Crab Leg Frenzy! If you've ever been to an Asian buffet restaurants, you know what's up with the crab legs. You know what's up. When they come out with that fresh batch, you gotta hover with the tongs and hit those legs like a frickin' strike force! Or you're left with an empty pan.
