Epic. That's really the only way to describe this. You must watch the music video for "I Got My" by Magnetic North and Taiyo Na featuring Jin, with appearances by just about anybody and everybody they could get in front of a camera -- entertainers, activists, teachers, students, actors, designers, dancers, writers, poets, bloggers, community organizers. That's right. You just saw Yuri Kochiyama spittin' rhymes. It's worth multiple viewings. The video is a true celebration of art, activism and community, and I can't think of a better tune to really set off APA Heritage Month. I'm in there somewhere too, and I'm truly humbled and honored that I was able to participate.
