Second generation APIs face social and cultural pressure to succeed both personally and professionally. For API women, this pressure is even greater with the constraints of gender roles. Join us as we explore mental health through a gendered lens with a panel of experts and testimonials from individuals. Come discuss the different factors that affect API women and their mental wellness and how our community can help in further educating and providing resources for mental health.
