Asian Pacific Americans for Progress wants to recognize the amazing work of AAPI progressive heroes around the country. They're calling on folks to nominate an outstanding candidate as an AAPI Unsung Hero of 2011.They're write up blog profiles on each winner, spotlighting their worthy work. This year, they're looking for "rising stars who are organizing the 99%, fighting for immigration rights, protecting the environment and involved in other issues."
