Hey everybody. Amidst all the Lin-sanity, which shows no sign letting up (and I love it), I almost forgot that today actually marks something of a milestone for this website. Yes, it's Valentine's Day -- and I swear, this is just a coincidence -- but today also happens to be the 11th anniversary of Angry Asian Man.
Eleven years ago today, I flipped the switch and launched the first iteration of this website. It's hard to believe, and I keep thinking I'm doing the math wrong. But it's true. I didn't think anyone would read it, and I honestly didn't aspire for it to become a "thing." I just didn't know. But it has changed my life.
So thank you. Thank you to everyone who reads this blog, whether you've been reading for the better part of a decade or you're looking at this space for the first time. Thank you to everyone who has encouraged, supported, submitted and struggled with me. Thank you to all the amazing friendships I've picked up along the way. And thank you to even the haters. I must be doing something right.
Here's to eleven years. Damn, I feel old. We've seen some of the best and worst together, and I wouldn't take any of it back. Let's keep it going. We have much more work to do. Stay Angry.
