Hongxin Liu, 41, was booked on suspicion of murder after his 39-year-old wife, Chenan Bao, died as a result of injuries sustained in a "domestic violence altercation" that occurred about 7 a.m. at the couple's Monterey Park home, according to a statement from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.The exact cause of Bao's death has yet to be determined. Monterey Park police and fire officials responded Sunday morning to a report of a death at the couple's home in the 1000 block of Ynez Avenue. They found Bao's body and pronounced her dead at the scene.
