Caught up in all the Linsanity, I haven't had a lot of time to write about other significant happenings in Asian American pop culture. (Jeremy has that effect.) But rest assured that I have indeed been following the wild ride of American Idol contestant Heejun Han with great interest.
After wowing America with his goofy audition, the 22-year-old nonprofit organizer from Flushing worked his way through Hollywood Week, survived the cuts, and has landed himself a coveted place as a finalist in the Top 13. He seems like a nice guy, and he's got a great sense of humor.
