high school students perform duo interpretation of amy chua's battle hymn of the tiger mother

Whoa. I don't know what I was expecting when this video came across my desk... but this is quite a performance. Meet Katherine Zhou and Lily Zhang, students at North Allegheny Senior High School in Pittsburgh, who recently competed at the National Forensic League's 2012 National Tournament in Indianapolis.

The duo took second place in the category of Duo Interpretation with their performance, believe it or not, Amy Chua's controversial memoir Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother. And it's pretty impressive:

The obvious joke: Second place? Tiger Mother would not approve. But let me just congratulate to Katherine and Lily on a job well done. (Thanks, Raja.)
