The Center for Asian American Media seeks skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to assist with the planning and production of the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival (SFIAAFF), which takes place mid-March, 2013. The internship consists of project-oriented tasks such as film research, database management, event planning, marketing, outreach, and archival work. These are part-time and unpaid positions (college credit may be available). Scheduling is flexible. The internship is best suited for a person willing to share and gain skills in the arenas of film programming, event planning, data management, and non-profit arts administration, with a sincere interest in Asian American and Asian media arts.Take it from a former CAAM intern.
