Instead of asking for her name, they labeled her Iced Americano with a simple hand-drawn illustration. Oh yes, you know what's up. It really is the international symbol for "ching chong":
Hella racist for sure. But to be fair, I wouldn't necessarily call it a French thing. Hell, I'd be more surprised, except we've actually seen this before, and that was at a Starbucks in Atlanta. Hey, why bother with something as inconvenient as a name when you can just simplify things with a racist caricature?
