Aw man. Over the weekend, we got the news that MTV has canceled America's Best Dance Crew: MTV cancels 'America's Best Dance Crew.'
Producer Randy Jackson's long-running competition series, which launched the careers of several popular dance crew champs -- and happened to put a lot of Asian Americans on TV -- will not return for an eighth season.
Damn. We had a good run. No joke, Asians were represented in nearly every winning crew throughout ABDC's run. When does that ever happen?
So props to Jabbawockeez, Kaba Modern, Super Cr3w, Quest, We Are Heroes, Poreotix and all the other crews that repped hard. That was fun.
