MOCA presents SLANT: 18 Years Later, May 11



What ever Happened to Big Dicks, Asian Men? Before you get the wrong idea, this is actually in reference to the infamous Asian American performance group SLANT, who made a splash in the 1990s New York City downtown theater scene with their asskicking comic productions.

This weekend, SLANT co-founders Richard Ebihara and Perry Yung will be at the Museum of Chinese in America for a night of storytelling and theater performance. It's happening Saturday, May 11 at MOCA. Here are some more details:

SLANT: 18 Years Later

Featuring Richard Ebihara and Perry Yung

What: The Museum of Chinese in America will present a night of engaging storytelling with theater performance group SLANT on Saturday, May 11. Richard Ebihara and Perry Yung, co-founders of SLANT will chronicle their 18 years in theatre, weaving the SLANT narrative together through documentary excerpts from their tours across America and sharing stories through performance and a selection of their most popular songs.

When: Saturday, May 11, 2013 ,6.30 p.m. – 8.30 p.m.
