Here's another feature film project that could be worthy of your support... Las Vegas Story, written and directed by Byron Q, is an indie drama about a single mother who searches for ways to provide for her children. Shot guerilla style on a shoestring budget in Las Vegas, the project boasts a promising cast (Eric Roberts?!) and story, but now needs some funding to help it through the home stretch. Here's the pitch:
I admired Byron's feature debut, the rough-around-the-edges gangster drama Bang Bang, which made a splash on the film festival circuit a few years back. This film is a bit of a departure from that, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it comes together. And Byron certainly has the passion to make it happen.
