If you're in New York, The Dynasty Project invites you to get into the spirit of the season, and enjoy drinks, snacks and games at their Holiday Party & Gift Drive. The Dynasty Project creates and supports innovative programs that enrich local APIA communities through athletics and the pursuit of athletic endeavors.
They'll be collecting sports-related gifts such as basketballs, footballs, t-shirts, shorts, and various sports training equipment, to be given to at-risk youth in Chinatown and the Lower East Side. Proceeds from the party will go toward funding the Dat Winning Fellowship and other programs.

Join us for some holiday good cheer Tuesday, Dec 9 in a very special event at the Old Bowery Station. Open bar, holiday snacks, and a pop-a-shot contest for prizes. 6-10pm, $20 suggested donation.
HOLIDAY GIFT DRIVE: We are seeking sports-related gifts such as basketballs, footballs, t-shirts, shorts, and various sports training equipment (but no baseball bats). These gifts will be given to at-risk youth in Chinatown and the Lower East Side.
NEW PROGRAMS: In 2015, TDP will be unveiling the Dat Winning Fellowship Program, a sports writing fellowship for aspiring AAPI sports journalists in partnership with the Asian American Writers' Workshop. Fellows of the year-long program will publish their work while working with established professionals in the field such as Pablo Torre, Jay Caspian Kang, Mina Kimes, Kai Ma, Sachin Shenolikar, and Ursula Liang.
All proceeds from our holiday party will go toward funding the Dat Winning Fellowship program and other already established TDP programs such as the LMC Basketball Program and WRAO Youth Basketball League.
