Hello, my friends. You know what's up. It's time to meet the Angry Reader of the Week, spotlighting you, the very special readers of this website. Over the years, I've been able to connect with a lot of cool folks, and this is a way of showing some appreciation and attention to the people who help make this blog what it is. This week's Angry Reader is D'Lo.

Who are you?

I'm a D'Lo.

What are you?

I'm a funny guy, happen to be Transgender. Proudly Tamil Lankan. Queer as Raised Fists Punching Through Rainbows.

Where are you?

I'm currently in Santa Monica, California at my kitchen table.

Where are you from?

Born in Queens. Raised in SoCal -- Sri Lancaster to be exact. Raised by Immigrant Parents, Raised Politically by 90s Hip Hop, Raised Spiritually by Holy Queer Artists of Color.

What do you do?

I act and I write for both the stage and page: stand up, theater/plays, scripts, stories, poems, essays. I also teach writing for performance workshops and other writing workshops.

What are you all about?

I'm about creating more understanding in the world, highlighting the absurdities in our every day life and striving to entertain and provide the space for my audiences to safely question their world views -- all with humor.

What makes you angry?

Racism, Shade-ism, Caste-ism, Religious Intolerance, Homophobia, Transphobia.
(y'know, things that kill people or make one kill themselves)
Self Absorbed People and Unkind People.
People who don't self-reflect on their privilege.
