Peacock has given a straight-to-series order for the comedy Laid, starring Stephanie Hsu and from writers Nahnatchka Khan and Sally Bradford McKenna. Let me stop you right there -- I will absolutely watch this.

But here's some more information. Laid revolves around a woman who finds out that her former lovers are dying in unusual ways and must go back through her "sex timeline" to confront her past in order to move forward.
Peacock says Laid is a "f—ked up rom-com" that asks "Why can’t I find love, is there something wrong with me?" and the answer is a resounding "Yes. There is. The problem is definitely you."
Of course, you know Stephanie Hsu from her Academy Award-nominated performance in Everything Everywhere All at Once. Nahnatchka Khan is the co-creator/showrunner of shows like Fresh Off the Boat, Young Rock and Don’t Trust the B— in Apartment 23, and director of Always Be My Maybe and Totally Killer.
Not sure when this is slated to premiere, but with this creative team involved, I'm already there.
