A friend told me about 72nd to Canal a while back, but I only recently got around to checking it out. It's a recently launched web sitcom starring, written and directed by N. Rain Noe, whose writing I've been a big fan of over the years. It's set in downtown Manhattan, centered around the adventures of Lorin and Ray, former college roommates whose very divergent paths re-cross. Disaster/hilarity ensues. Check out the pilot episode, broken up into four parts, here. It's really rough, and definitely needs some work, but I kind of enjoyed it. I really hope we eventually see more episodes...
