casting call: 2012 hep b free calendar

Do you want to be in a calendar for a great cause?

The Hep B Free campaign is looking for enthusiastic and passionate female and male Asian American models for a 2012 hepatitis b awareness calendar that will encourage the public to "be a hero and see a doctor who tests for hepatitis b."

They're looking for people ages 25 to 65, preferably residents of the San Francisco Bay Area. They're also specifically looking for a pregnant mom. Here are some more details on the shoot and how to submit:
DATE(S): August 2011, one full day (8 hour) commitment, date and time TBA

Volunteer and be part of this great campaign that is gaining momentum nationwide.

Send in:

1. 3-5 photos (include a head shot and full body shot)

2. A brief statement about how you are a Hep B Hero or would encourage others to be Hep B heroes

3. Include your age, ethnicity, and whether you are a Hep B carrier or know someone who has Hep B.
