Spotted on the Washington City Paper blog... So you're a tourist visiting Washington D.C. and you find yourself in Chinatown. So naturally, you take a photo to commemorate the moment. And naturally, you have to pull your eyes back -- it's Chinatown! The good ol' chink-eye comes out to play.

Good thing someone was there to snap a photo of the photo. I'd like to believe the guy behind him is thinking, "...the f#@k?" Who knows? Maybe he plays for a Brazilian soccer team. Seems to be a lot of that going around lately... (Thanks, Howard.)
