Holy crap. For my latest nomination for The Awesomest Thing Ever (international committee, are you listening?) I give you the Kid's Walker by Sakakibara Kikai, available for sale and rental. 400 lbs. of robotic gears and metal, it stands 1.6 meters tall and is powered by gasoline.
