masked men rob chinatown bus company

Yesterday in New York, five masked young men robbed a Chinatown bus company's office at gunpoint, binding five people with duct tape and making off with thousands of dollars in cash: Robbers Take Thousands From a Bus Company in New York's Chinatown.

The robbery occurred at the offices of Golden Express Company. The robbers, who wore ski masks, took three days' worth of earnings—more than $27,000. The men were armed with box cutters and at least one of them had a gun.

According to the company's president, May Chow, the robbers seemed to range in age from 14 to about 19. She and four others were tied up with duct tape and plastic, but were able to break free and call the police when the robbers fled. More here: MASKED GANG HITS CHINATOWN.
