Calling all musicians and filmmakers! San Francisco's Kearny Street Workshop presents an opportunity for Asian Pacific American musicians and filmmakers to team up to create music videos to be presented at the second annual LOCUS at Kearny Street Workshop Do It Yourself Music Video Night.

Last year's competition was sponsored by the Center for Asian American
Media and the videos competed for a spot in the 2008 San Francisco
Asian American Film Festival. The videos from the 2008 DIY event can be
viewed here under Locus Arts Do
It Yourself Music Video Contest.

No prior experience with music videos is necessary. Locus arts will even team you up with a band or filmmaker. But the deadline to let us know that you are interested in participating is December 14, so you have to act fast. For more information, and details on how to enter, go here.
