I haven't collected trading cards since I was a wee lad, but this is pretty cool. The venerable Topps Trading Card company has included Filipino boxing champ Manny Pacquiao as part of its 2011 Allen & Ginter series.
The cards were released this week, and from what I understand, the limited edition Pacquiao Framed Autograph version is apparently already fetching ridiculous prices. Looks like I'll just have to admire that one from behind a glass case.
The non-baseball star series also includes cards featuring boxer Ana Julaton, ballroom dancer Cheryl Burke and figure skater Kristi Yamaguchi (Thanks, LeRoid.)
