Screenwriters! Apply to the CAPE New Writers Fellowship

The Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment invites aspiring television and film writers to submit their work to the CAPE New Writers Fellowship, dedicated to discovering and nurturing Asian American and Pacific Islander voices and talents. Here's a rundown of some of the fellowship details:

- 2 submission categories: Film and Television

- Up to 10 Fellows will be selected

- Fellows will receive:
  * $1,500 stipend per Fellow
  * Intensive 8-session curriculum with industry professionals who will help you polish your script and teach you how to sell your project.
  * CNWF provides all Fellows with one evening a week session in Los Angeles from September 2nd to November 1st, taught by a network or studio executive.
  * Exclusive opportunities to meet with top industry professionals.
  * Submission Deadline: Friday, July 12, 2013, 11:59PM PST
