Hey, screenwriters! Got that awesome feature or television script you want to share with the world? Do you have material, but need some guidance on how to successfully pitch your project? Then CAPE, the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment, invites you to submit your work to the 14th annual CAPE New Writers Fellowship. Up to ten fellows will be selected to attend an intensive writing fellowship with exclusive opportunities to meet top industry professionals. Here are some more details:
2014 CAPE New Writers FellowshipThe submission deadline is January 31, 2014 at 11:59pm PST. You can submit more than one script (though each script requires its own set of submission forms and fees). - 2 submission categories: Film and Television*
- Up to 10 fellows will be selected
- Fellows will receive:
* $1,000 stipend per Writer or Writing Team
* Intensive 11-session curriculum with industry professionals in Los Angeles from March to April (all finalists must be attend all classes and lab sessions)
* Exclusive opportunities to meet with successful entertainment agents, managers, producers, and executives
