Hey look! Another Asian person in a commercial! I've been seeing this funny little 30-second spot for Office Depot running a lot lately.
It features an Asian woman (anyone recognize the actress?) as Beth, the harried, disorganized proprietor of a bakery who gets it together with the help of Office Depot. And getting organized leads to bigger and better things:
I appreciate the fact that the role of Beth could really have played by an actress of any ethnicity. I was a little afraid that the "old secret recipe" would be an "old Chinese secret recipe," but they didn't go there -- or maybe that's implied. I don't know. Anyway. (Thanks, Rob.)
