They will be presenting data from a new report, A Community of Contrasts: Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders in California, next week. The events will be held on Monday, February 4 in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and Tuesday, February 5 in San Jose. Here are the details:

A Community of Contrasts: Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders in California

The Asian Pacific American Legal Center (APALC), a member of the Asian American Center for Advancing Justice, will launch, present and discuss the findings from the latest demographic report.

California is home to the nation's largest Asian American population and the nation's second largest Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (NHPI) population. This new report compiles the latest data on Asian American and NHPI communities, providing insight into the diversity of these communities and how policymakers can address the needs of the fastest growing groups in the state.
