Oh, America. You make me laugh. Mr. Li recently applied for a passport, only to receive word that his submitted photo was unacceptable. The stated reason: "too yellow." Believe it or not, that's the letter he received from the National Passport Center, above. Yo, what if that's just his skin color? It's yellow!
UPDATE: Richard, the guy in the now-infamous passport photo, works for a non-profit organization, College Success Foundation, which helps low-income students attend college.
