Arthur Chu returns for Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions

"Know all the answers and say them before anyone else does."

Folks, the champ is back. And this time, he's facing his toughest competition yet. Our favorite Jeopardy! gangster Arthur Chu, who rose to infamy with his unorthodox tactics and don't-give-a-f*ck attitude towards his detractors, has returned to the perennial trivia TV show to compete in the "Tournament of Champions."

Earlier this year, Arthur found himself in the spotlight after winning eleven straight games and taking home $298,200, making him the fourth highest-earning Jeopardy! champ in non-tournament gameplay. Traditionalists called his aggressive strategies unsportsmanlike. Arthur didn't care. They started calling him the "Jeopardy Villain." Arthur didn't care. People on Twitter made fun of his appearance. Arthur didn't care.

Arthur came to win.

After a resounding victory in last week's quarterfinal round -- it wasn't even close -- Arthur faces off against fellow champions in the tournament's semifinals, which airs this Tuesday, November 18.

The stakes are higher. The answers are harder. Host Alex Trebek is the same (sans mustache). Can Arthur kick trivia ass once again to earn a spot in the finals? Is the Tournament of Champions veering him on a collision course with Julia Collins, the champion who finally broke Arthur's glorious winning streak?

We shall see. The Chu Crew and I will be livetweeting (#ChampChu) and cheering on our Nerd Hero during the broadcast of Tuesday's game (7:00pm PST) and again later this week if Arthur makes it through to the finals. Just for fun. Tune in and join us. If you don't know what time Jeopardy! airs in your area, check here.

Also, here's 5 Pieces of Advice for the 'Jeopardy!' Tournament of Champions, written by Mr. Arthur Chu himself. Best advice: "Know all the answers and say them before anyone else does." Well, yeah.
