In case you missed it, here's video of "torture memo" author John Yoo appearing on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, promoting his new book Crisis and Command. Here's part two and party three.

It's really interesting, because you get the sense that Stewart really wants to tear into him, but remains a very civil host, instead trying really hard to get at what this guy is all about. And Yoo keeps cool. It's fascinating. The guy's a pro -- he could talk in circles like this for days, and has an answer for everything.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually kind of interested in reading his book. Not because I agree with anything he's saying, but because I'm a little bit fascinated with what makes this guy tick. Because honestly, he makes my head hurt.
