research study on taiwanese/chinese american families

Another research study that could use your help... I recently heard from Kristy Shih, a doctoral candidate at UC Riverside. She is currently conducting a comparative research project on the marital and in-law relationships of Taiwanese/Chinese-American women and men. She needs some people to talk to. Read on for details:
Are you a 1.5 or 2nd generation Taiwanese-/Chinese-American woman or man between the ages of 22 and 40? Are you currently married and have a Taiwanese-/Chinese-American spouse for at least 2 years? Do you live in Southern California? Do you have an immigrant mother-in-law living within 50 mile radius from you (or who also lives in Southern CA)?

If you answered YES to the above questions, researcher Kristy Shih wants to talk to you!!!!

Kristy Shih, a Ph.D. Candidate in Sociology at the University of California, Riverside is conducting a groundbreaking research on second generation adult Taiwanese-/Chinese-American women and men's family experiences with their spouse and mother-in-law. Please send me an email (kristy.shih@email.ucr.edu) if you are interested in participating or have any questions about this research. All information will be kept confidential.
