National Public Radio listeners, this is what's up. This fall, there will be a new voice behind Weekend All Things Considered. NPR has named Arun Rath as the new host of the weekend edition of the long-running public radio newsmagazine: NPR NAMES ARUN RATH HOST OF 'WEEKEND ALL THINGS CONSIDERED.'Rath, who has had a distinguished career in public media as a reporter, producer and editor, most recently as a senior reporter for the PBS series Frontline and The World, will take over hosting duties in September.
The Saturday and Sunday edition will also be getting some West Coast flavor as it relocates to the NPR West studios in Culver City, California. Here's some more background on Arun Rath:
