The star of ABC's 'Fresh Off The Boat' was the former front man of a rap band.



Randall Park was a guest on The Late Late Show last night, where host James Corden got the Fresh Off The Boat star to talk about his former life as a rapper. Yes, Randall Park was once known as "Randruff," front man for the Los Angeles indie hip hop band Ill Again. "We were kind of like The Roots," Randall says.

In honor of last night's broadcast premiere of Fresh Off The Boat, I present this vintage video of series star Randall Park, who plays patriarch Louis Huang on the show. Back in the day, circa sometime in the middle of the last decade, Randall moonlighted as an emcee for the LA-based hip hop group Ill Again.
