Check out this dope video of Vancouver musician Michelle Kwan -- not to be confused with the world champion American figure skater -- rocking a kickass cover of the hard rock classic "Sweet Child of Mine" on the guzheng. New Music: Versus Tigers by The Gold Medalists

Finally got around to listening to Versus Tigers, the new full-length album from San Francisco-based indie rock quartet The Gold Medalists. Originally started as a side project of guitarist/vocalist Peter Nguyen (Ee, Total Shutdown), they're now a fully-realized, asskicking rock band. You can preview the full album on Soundcloud:

Galaxy Express U.S. Wild Live Tour 2013

Hey music fans, you want to get in on this. Galaxy Express, one of Korea's top indie acts, is bringing their special brand of face-melting super-psychadelic rock to our shores. They're on tour this month, playing 28 shows across the United States, including stops at SXSW and Arkansas' Valley of the Vapors Music Festival.
