Whaaaaaaaaaat. Got this passed along to me, and dammit, what the hell is wrong with people? This is a letter, sent by an insurance company in Southern California, that was refused and sent back -- return to sender. Why? A handwritten note on the envelope explains: "WE DON'T SPEAK GOOK."
